Multilingual Invoice Sharing in TallyPrime Silver

TallyPrime Silver is a single-user license, but it has the same core features as Gold (multi-user). So yes, you can create and share multilingual invoices in Silver as long as you are on TallyPrime Release 6.2 or higher.

�� Step 1: Update to TallyPrime 6.2

• Ensure you’re using Release 6.2 (or Edit Log 6.2 if needed).
• Go to Help → About in TallyPrime and check your version.
• If older, download the latest update from Tally Solutions website and install.

�� Step 2: Enable Multilingual Features

1. Open TallyPrime.
2. Go to:
   F11 (Features) → Accounting Features → Invoicing.
3. Enable: “Allow Invoices in Multiple Languages”.

�� Step 3: Configure Language for Invoice

1. While creating a sales invoice, press Ctrl + I (More Details).
2. Choose the Invoice Language (Arabic / English / Bilingual).
   • English → Default.
   • Arabic → Full Arabic Invoice.
   • Bilingual → English + Arabic (side by side).

�� Step 4: Share the Invoice

Once created, you can:

• Print → Choose language format → Print invoice.
• Email → Send invoice directly in Arabic / English / Bilingual.
• WhatsApp → Use the “Share” option, select WhatsApp, and send in the preferred format.
